Nomura Asset Management February 2016 – Current – Personally looks over office inventory.  Reorders supplies through request or general reorder when stock is low.  Keeps track of all outgoing and incoming packages from Fedex and DHL.  Also teaches others how to use the Fedex and DHL systems.  Handles all pre-registrations and access cards for our Executive Tokyo visits from NAM-Tokyo.  Coordinates with our personal car service to easily assist employees when traveling.  Helped with the car schedule during one of our visits for our CEO of Nomura Asset Management.  Oversees both official and non-official attendance records of employees.  Efficiently records invoices and expenses for office and corporate card purchases.  Works in a team of two to help manage flight plans and business travel schedules.

Nomura Holdings America Corporate Events September 2015 – February 2016 – Personally manages firm-wide financial publication summaries for Nomura and Instinet.  Manages promotional items as gifts for clientele to strengthen client relationships and to help advertise our brand.  Organizes Yankees, Giants, Rangers and Knicks tickets for distribution for client or personal use.  Keeps track of charity and ticket requests. Streamlined a new system to help with the organization of requests for Nomura employees to enjoy events with their clients.  Coordinates Nomura’s weekly production of America’s financial news in America, by overseeing the set up of microphones, ear pieces, and cameras.  Maintains organization of office supplies, promotional items, and keeps track of inventory.

R.F.Milella Advisory Associates February 2015 – August 2015 – Handles all social media websites, planning of seminars, and the enhancement of client relations at R.F.Milella Advisory Associates.Managed R.F. Milella websites and social media outlets by updating seminars and news stories.  Constructed first media kit for R.F.Milella Advisors to send to traditional media outlets.  Lead researcher of different venues to host various seminars.  Supervised mass emails once a week, through the use of constant contact, to send clients helpful Financial Aid and Social Security articles.  Oversaw excel spread sheets of private client information and the organization of all calendars.  Assisted at seminars by editing powerpoint presentations before the seminar, collect clientele information, video taped and took pictures for official Facebook page.  Organized client material within 24 hours to call clients to set up appointments and send emails.  Processed paperwork to move client assets from different accounts.

L.I.F.E (Long Island Funding For Education) June 2013-August 2013 –  Worked at L.I.F.E. (Long Island Funding for Education) with both foundation founders.  Started a foundation to provide affordable Financial Aid to Long Island middle class families.  Developed a website domain to host L.I.F.E., contacted various libraries on Long Island and hold presentations.  Was able to provide 10 college funding presentations. Worked in a team of 2, visited numerous places to pass out flyers and put them up in small business. Contributed to the official website by writing biographies of the founders, description of the program and provide contact information.

Assistant Manager for Cardinals Care December 2014 – Assisted with a campus wide event, led a team of two volunteers. Coordinated raffle booths and prizes. Cardinals Care Collected 213 personal care items for the Plattsburgh Joint Council of Economic Opportunity.

Theta Alpha Lambda Sorority, Second Vice President August 2014 – December 2014  – Strengthen relationships with active sisters, alumni, and other campus run organizations by being on E-board for Theta Alpha Lambda. Was in a team of 7.  We worked to motivate, challenge, and help sisters.  Took charge of planning all social events for Theta Alpha Lambda during the 2014 Fall semester by contacting various fraternities to host social gatherings, managing a risk management program, and the preparation of two yearly events.  Coordinated twelve social gatherings within three months by contacting fraternities on campus and advance scheduling.  Created a risk management program which concentrated on health risks, allergies, and basic CPR training.

Teacher’s Assistant February 2014 – December 2014 – Teacher’s Assistant for Public Speaking and Speech Writing. Creatively worked on speech delivery and writing with students. Made attendance sheets and tabulated grades.
